Health & Safety is of paramount importance. At Ford Civil Engineering we ensure that we conduct our business in a manner that always gives priority to Health & Safety issues. We have a Health, Safety and Environment policy and guidance booklet that we issue to all employees to ensure that they are aware of everyone's responsibilities for Health & Safety.

We aim to provide our employees with sufficient support and resources for them to be able to assist in maintaining a safe place of work. Suggestions to improve Health, Safety and Welfare within the Company are encouraged and welcomed from employees for consideration and, if necessary, implementation.

We also review our Health & Safety Policy as often as necessary so that it continues to reflect the Ford Civil Engineering organisation and arrangements in line with the continuing development of health & safety standards.
